I will gladly be the first to ask a question. I'm hoping others can learn from this as well, and we can all be edified.
I believe what Scripture says about our Lord and Savior. We have ONE God - Jesus. I understand how God in his absolute fullness is in eternity, outside of time and creation. I understand that Jesus, the only begotten son, was begotten in eternity. I believe he created the heavens and the earth and that he sits on the throne as the Ancient of Days. I see how just as he begot himself an image to create all things and sit in the throne, I see he does the same in that he manifest himself in the flesh, humbled himself, and walked amongst his creation. It's a beautiful mirror. I believe that he died and rose again, ascending to heaven to be glorified with the Father once again. Please someone help me with what THAT looks like. Jesus is the door and the way to the Father and his flesh will see no corruption. I struggle with what it looks like once He is glorified again. Is the flesh glorified by going back into the father that which he first came? I see the Lamb takes the scroll in Rev and I see He approaches the Ancient of Days on a cloud in Daniel. I understand Zech describes it as Joshua with Satan as his accuser and he is given a new garment. I'm just having trouble clicking all the pieces together. I understand He is omnipresent, so is there then the Ancient of days and the Lamb together in heaven but separate also, although sitting in the same throne as one God? I see where the Ancient of days is mentioned as the Glory of God, so also is that like the Son of Man or the Lamb as if it was slain is mentioned also, as we see in Acts with Stephen and in Rev. I see the two constantly mentioned together. Please help me understand. ♥️♥️♥️
I'm certainly not as prolific in my reading research as Ryan, but I think we're missing the fact that Jesus ascended bodily. So His physical man vessel is present with His full God-headed-ness. Hopefully someone more vetted will respond to your query.
